(In our EFT for Anxiety Relief Course we mention the finger points and do not include the Top of Head Point, in this course we are presenting the shortened sequence that omits the finger points - both sequences work equally well.)
- The starting point
is nicknamed the “karate chop” point because of where it'ssituated on the outside edge of your hand. This point is found half -way between the base of your little finger and the beginning of your wrist, you can tap on the point with your fingertips and thumb bunched together.
- Extra Point: Top of Head In Ayurveda
this point is known asadhipati which means the Lord of all. It’s a very significant energy point for healing the body, calming the mind, feeling more present and safe, and it's found right in the middle of the top of the head. To locate the point, put your thumbs on the top of your ears and let your middle fingers meet on the top of your head in the centre.

- Side of the Eye - on the bone bordering the outside corner of the eye.
- Under Eye - on the bone under the eye about one inch below and in line with the pupil.
- Under Nose - in the centre of the area between the nose and top lip.
- Chin - in the centre between the bottom lip and bottom (or point) of the chin.
- Collarbone - the junction where the collarbone, sternum (breastbone) and first rib meet.
